People close to me have deals with the nearest crچche for discounted rates and preferential seats. However, they do provide on-site medical care and liaison, which is a great benefit for the team. I know those who work there like it, because many day care centers in my community provide 24-hour care for parents who work outside the home from time to time.
Take a look at Working Mother Magazine, as there are many channels and may be on your list of top companies.

No LS in my city has day care and we have a strong healthcare system.
We have 3 that are great for any of us. None of them have daycare on site, but each works with a local daycare service to help their staff (not just nurses) find quality daycare. One of them is the optional day care benefit which pays for some of your day care expenses.
I have never seen anyone own a nursery before.
Not many people do that ... but if you search your area online, you may find some TSE ones.
