Passives
Engagement is the term used when calculating the Net Promoter Score.
This refers to people who were asked how likely they were to recommend a product on a scale of 110 (10 being the highest) and given a score of 78.
These people are called passive because, while they are happy with the product or service, they are unlikely to use it again or recommend it to others.
