I am an individual. Although I am often known by many names, I am also a Solar. My success in the army depends on my sergeant. I trust you to give me the guidance, direction and goals I need to help me achieve my personal and professional goals.
I know you are the backbone of the army. You have to admit that I am the nerves and muscles that work the spinal cord. I should be your priority in your daily work. I am one of your two main duties as a sergeant. You need to know me, recognize my needs and give me a chance to meet them. But like your son, my greatest need is extraordinary leadership.
My ability to survive on the battlefield depends on your ability to survive.
