Welcome to FMCA ! Sounds like a possible transfer switch or fuse issue. With the 12 volt lights working when on shore power means the charger is working. Look for a large fuse between the batteries and the charger 12 volt output feed to the positive coach battery terminal (s). With a meter you should read a voltage at the positive terminals.

On an RV-style 7-way the stop/turn light signals are carried on the pins at the 3-o-clock and 9-o-clock positions and the tail/clearance light signals are carried on the pin at the 11-o-clock position.

What to do if some of your 12V lights stop working?
So there we were with three of our RV 12v lights not working. The first thing we noticed was all the other lights were working fine. Some light fixtures within an RV can have switches located on a control panel. For instance, the light fixture above our sofa has a switch near the steps, this is also where our 12v on/off switch is located.
